Location: Indonesia Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Indonesia Job Description Team and Role Introduction:
Enhance and improve the business process of end-to-end network logistics by ensuring clear governance of the process through standard procedures and finding opportunity to optimum, effective, efficient design process. This position will report directly to head of Metro Network and is responsible for three main activities of continuous improvement, performance management, and project management.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan
  • Regulate control and improve the quality of all processes throughout the busnies and final product.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System
  • Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
  • To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
  • To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
-To assist in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in- class’ continuous improvement strategy for all facility
  • To set up a program, deliver coaching and run projects pan jurisdiction
  • Facilitate discussion across Functions to draft new activity or process that will be tested or stabilized within certain period before establish as new standard
  • To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
  • Overseeing project cost management strategy and aligning with the organization's financial requirements
Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Management, and or Logistics.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of continuous improvement, operation excellence and or process auditor experience; in Logistics Business with e-commerce background would be advantages
  • Minimum certified Lean 6 Sigma – greenbelt or higher is preferable

Experience:
  • Having exposure experience in manufacturing or same field of industry is preferable
  • A detailed understanding of ISO14001 / ISO 9001
  • Having experience in handling large-scale projects (within side/regional)
  • Having experience in leading 1 department & supervise several sub-ordinates
  • Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a multijurisdictional organization
  • Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
  • Having experience in controlling all operational costs

Competency:
-Excellent leadership and man- management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping
  • Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/’Work Out’ sessions with a range of business stakeholders (incl. Experience of process/value stream mapping)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, and statistical analysis tools.
  • A ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics
